- Wedding breakfasts, lunches and receptions - Conferences and meetings - Training days - Drinks parties - Networking events - Funerals - Private lunches and dinners Please contact Barny on 07967 481 625 with all enquiries Weddings The Private Rooms at The Dysart Arms are an ideal venue to base your wedding day celebrations, starting with a champagne breakfast, then returning for lunch, and moving on to drinks and canapés in the evening. Up to 50 people can be accommodated for a sit down meal, and up to 75 for drinks and canapés or a buffet party. Conferences and Meetings/company training days The rooms are fully equipped for conferencing, meetings and training, with power points all around the room, free Wi-Fi internet access, a personal telephone line and tables that can be arranged to any specification. We can offer breakfast, midmorning homemade biscuits and pastries, buffet lunches or sit down meals either upstairs or in the downstairs restaurant, as well as homemade afternoon cakes and tea. Drinks parties The rooms are delightful at night with dimmed lights and candles, providing a perfect atmosphere for any celebration. There is a fully stocked bar, offering a wide selection of quality drinks including champagne and cocktails, and a varied canapé and buffet menu. Networking events The Dysart Arms Private Rooms are a fantastic place for regular networking events – on the 65 and 371 bus routes from Kingston and Richmond, easy to find and with extensive car parking. Funerals Private lunches and Dinners The Private Rooms are ideal for private lunches and dinners. Whether it is an intimate meal for 8 to 12 in front of the fire, or a group up to 50 people. Hire Charges The room hire is £150 + VAT for half a day between Monday and Thursday or £250 + VAT for a whole day. The room hire is £300 + VAT for half a day between Friday and Sunday or £500 + VAT for a whole day. Room hire is payable as a non-refundable deposit on booking. Sunday reservations will only be taken at certain times of year. Discounted rates are available for multiple bookings. Extras Flowers to dress the rooms Booking of jazz pianists or acoustic/classical guitarists Professional photographer Fleet of taxis to and from The Dysart Arms and any other venues TERMS AND CONDITIONS A maximum of 4 children below the age of 14 are allowed at any event, and children under the age of 12 are welcome in The Dysart Arms until 7:30pm. Children must be supervised at all times, and must not run around anywhere on the premises for safety reasons. Smoking is not allowed in the Private Rooms or on the balcony. There is a smoking area in the front garden and we can reserve a table for you in this area for the duration of your event Loud music, DJs, bands and dancing are not allowed. Food and drinks not provided by The Dysart Arms may not be consumed in the private rooms. The bar can serve alcohol until midnight, and our license states that guests must leave before 1am. We reserve the right to stop serving alcoholic drinks before midnight if we feel it is necessary, either to individuals or to the whole group. The garden and balcony close at 11pm. No decorations/posters can be stuck on the walls – if you need display areas please discuss this with us. We reserve the right to change ingredients in all menus if forced to by market availability.
